FRENCH 'HOPING' CURFEWS BRING END TO 'UNREST'
They could start making demands upon those responsible to stop it and stop it now and call the crimes what they are. Calling the destruction "unrest" suggests France's problem is one of cranky nappy time. Maybe the media is "hoping" that the cranky offenders aren't "offended."
