It is so easy -- a real act of temptation -- to assume that the beauty of Pope Benedict's prayer earlier today is captured by and only by -- and contained in and only in -- idealism, like a rarified vapor that dissipates in the open atmosphere, but, God is the greater, entirety of reality and the prayer is the truth of that.
