The California secretary of state should refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until President-elect Barack Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office, alleges a California court petition filed on behalf of former presidential candidate Alan Keyes and others.

The legal action today is just the latest is a series of challenges, some of which have gone as high as the U.S. Supreme Court, over the issue of Obama's status as a "natural-born citizen," a requirement set by the U.S. Constitution.

The "certificate of live birth" posted by the Obama campaign cannot be viewed as authoritative, the case alleges.

"Hawaii Revised Statute 338-178 allows registration of birth in Hawaii for a child that was born outside of Hawaii to parents who, for a year preceding the child's birth, claimed Hawaii as their place of residence," the document said. "The only way to know where Senator Obama was actually born is to view Senator Obama's original birth certificate from 1961 that shows the name of the hospital and the name and signature of the doctor that delivered him."

The case also raises the circumstances of Obama's time during his youth in Indonesia, where he was listed as having Indonesian citizenship. Indonesia does not allow dual citizenship, raising the possibility of Obama's mother having given up his U.S. citizenship.

Any subsequent U.S. citizenship then, the case claims, would be "naturalized," not "natural-born."

"Based on all of the above, it is the duty of the SOS to obtain proper documentation of Senator Obama's citizenship to confirm his eligibility for the office or the President of the United States," the case said.

Just this week, WND has reported on more than half a dozen other legal challenges have been filed in federal and state courts demanding Obama's decertification from ballots or seeking to halt elector meetings, claiming he has failed to prove his U.S. citizenship status.

Among the states where cases are being tracked are Ohio, Connecticut, Washington, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia and Hawaii, and there were reports of other cases being developed in Utah, Wyoming, Florida, New York, North Carolina, Texas, California and Virginia.

It's either one or the other, as indicated by the release of Barack Obama's official Selective Service registration for the draft. A friend of mine, who is a retired federal agent, spent almost a year trying to obtain this document through a Freedom of Information Act request, and, after much stonewalling, finally received it and released it to me.

But the release of Obama's draft registration and an accompanying document, posted below, raises more questions than it answers. And it shows many signs of fraud, not to mention putting the lie to Obama's claim that he registered for the draft in June 1979, before it was required by law...

This isn't rocket surgery: Barack Obama the citizen meets with President Bush (second time, in the Oval Office, yesterday, assumed to be a pretty darn secure environment) and after both meetings, leaks and smears about President Bush result (nearly immediately afterward), so, obviously, the leaker and smearer of the President is Obama.

"Anonymous" Obama-associated-individuals leak and smear, refuse to be named due to the (d'oh) sensitive nature of the meetings, yet everyone scratches their heads in wonder and amazement at how the meetings' discussions were "leaked"? This isn't rocket surgery here, figuring out who leaked what (and what the motivation is to lie about the contents of the meetings' discussions).

By this date in time, it's a simple conclusion to make that the Obama group, named or unnamed, anonymous or bombastically entitled, are not to be trusted. They're just not a reliable, trustworthy group, and since the only two people in the meetings were Obama and President Bush, it seems reasonable to conclude that the group has an unreliable, untrustworthy "leader". Mr. Zero walks away, blabs to his group of advisors, aides and co-schemers, and presto, "anonymous" contacts the media with smears and leaks and lies among those.

So, the liar, leaker and smearer is the guy at the meeting with President Bush.

I again refer to Rush Limbaugh for a very efficient wrap-up:

RUSH: ...What happened is they had a meeting in the cabinet room, and the word got out. (laughing) This is the second time that an Obama private meeting details have leaked, and in both meetings Obama was there. (laughing)

Once again, we hear today and yesterday the spate of the latest Leftwing, Democrat-nomenclature shuffle. I write, "once again," because the Left uses this socio-political methodology of language retooling in every media-reach it controls, in every political campaign and the groundwork in the years that precede such, an ever-ongoing Word Reworking in the English language (then translated into others) of replacing one observation with the wrong description.

Eventually, as per what I estimate the reason for doing this goes, people are no longer confused because they're literally misled and misinformed, when and as they're continually exposed to the mostly leftwing-advocating media who wages this theatrical Word Reworking by ongoing indoctrination of audiences: what is offensive becomes 'funny,' what is objectionable becomes 'entertaining,' what is what becomes what it is not and vice-versa.

"Radical" and "Progressive" now are being alleged to represent "Moderate" if the latest Democrat-manipulation of the minds of many is to be believed. "Republican" and "the Right" are now being defined as "Right-Wing" and even "enemy" to the nation, while the Democrats continue to push a radical agenda politic rooted in if not defined by Marxism as something "reasonable."

As to national security, I am as decent and responsible a citizen as can ever be found. As to individual politics by the Leftwing and Democratic party -- and their personalities in office or out of it -- I continue to oppose the damages, even if it makes many Democrats using media wealthy in their corruption. They've never helped me, they've never shown up to provide at any time of need, they're not leaders, they're misleaders: isn't Castro 'cute'?

Truly horribly, as to extremely corrupt political speech, of all people, Colin Powell appeared in media yesterday and exclaimed: "what Mr. Obama represents is the best of America."

No, not hardly, not even close, not at all does he represent the best of America. Obama's social and political environment is the farthest Left among the Left that this nation has ever housed, and that includes his family members and their associations, his own political opinions and perspectives throughout his lifetime through to the present, his associates' as to same. America is far better than that, and our best is yet to come. It is not here now.
